Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) discusses Hoppers Subdivision plans

Gulf Harbour already has 1,400 pieces of land that are zoned for residential development. KWGS thought it would be worthwhile to get an insight into just one of the developments already underway - Hoppers Hobbs Bay Estate at Daisy Burrell Drive. We looked at some other areas that have been created by Hoppers Development for an idea of what we can expect to be created. We also spoke with Shana and Ettiene to get an idea from the people who lead the organisation of what they are aiming to bring to the wider Gulf Harbour community through Hobbs Bay Estate.
