Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) releases 15th August Public Meeting Slides and Videos

Keep Whangaparāoa’s Green Spaces (KWGS) has today launched a YouTube video on our KWGS Channel to better inform both current supporters and a wider audience of concerns about the future of Green Space on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula, the closure of the Gulf Harbour Country Club (GHCC) and golf course and its impact on local businesses and the wider community.

This video is a recap of the material presented at Whangaparaoa College by KWGS on 15 August 2024. It includes presentations on updates and information from our legal team, as well as new presentations on golf course financial viability, our infrastructure study and also the YouTube channel. It includes keynote speeches from Wayne Walker, John Watson and Alexis Popellbaum. The slides in the video are the unaltered slides that were presented at the public meeting. We hope this is especially useful for those of you who were unable to attend the meeting.
