Long River Consent Application regarding Gulf Harbour Country Club to be Publicly Notified

KWGS has just been advised that the Duty Commissioner has ruled the Resource Consent Application lodged by Long River is to be publicly notified.

We will receive the written ruling in due course, but we believe that the Duty Commissioner felt there was significant public interest in this application which justified public notification.

This is excellent news and a step forward in retaining the Gulf Harbour Country Club as green space.

Thank you everyone for your much-valued support in achieving this outcome.

Public notification will allow KWGS and the wider community to put a convincing case as to why this application should be declined.
