Hello Everyone

A quick update on KWGS current activities.

The Long River Resource Consent (Gulf Harbour Country Club) Application; we are in dialogue with Auckland Council and continue to pressure them ensure the Application is publicly notified and have encouraged Council to seek further information from the applicant regarding their intentions.

The status of the Gulf Harbour Country Club 999 Year Land Encumbrance; our petition was well received by the Auckland Council Planning, Environment and Parks Committee and we continue to pressure council to ensure they support the community and those homeowners in Gulf Harbour who relied on the Encumbrance when they purchased their properties.

Small Claims Tribunal; we are currently supporting claimants against the Country Club. Although the Country Club Director (Wayne Bailey) has indicated that they will settle claims, so far, we have been told, no one has had their claim against the Country Club settled.

Flags, bumper stickers, signage, tee shirts etc; being designed and priced up. More details to come.
