Hello everyone, if you stumble across this, there's been a nasty rumour going around that the classic fanfiction reading website Fanfiction.net is possibly shutting down. It's been neither confirmed or denied which makes everything worse. Now I know some people couldn't care less, but I know for a fact that people still use the site every day, myself included. In fact I cried myself to sleep when I heard the news. I think this is an absolute travesty, since some people don't have the know how to save and persevere stories or won't even have the time. So many good stories will be lost and no one is talking about this which is why the site has to stay up. They have an app for god's sake! Their twitter is barely used so I'm making an desperate attempt to reach my fellow fanfic readers to lead the charge to preserve history and my sanity. Please at least get this to 10,000 signatures and share as much you can!!! I'll try to send this to their support email when finished!
