Over 200 Residents Have Joined the Effort to Protect the Korean War Veterans Parkway

In less than 24 hours, more than 200 Staten Islanders have already signed the petition to keep commercial traffic off the Korean War Veterans Parkway.
Thank you to everyone who has signed, shared, and helped spread the word.
I've begun reaching out to elected officials and their offices to ask questions about the proposal and how it could impact our communities.
This petition is about making sure Staten Islanders have a voice in decisions that affect our neighborhoods, schools, traffic, air quality, and quality of life.
For those interested in learning more, an editorial was recently published discussing concerns surrounding this proposal. I encourage everyone to stay informed and read different perspectives on the issue.
If you haven't signed yet, please consider doing so. And if you have already signed, please consider sharing our petition with your friends, family, and neighbors.
Every signature sends a message that Staten Islanders are paying attention.
