Thank you to everyone who helped us get to over 1,000 signatures, asking that Yuko's vital voice remain at KBCS. Please don't stop sharing this petition with other like-minded supporters of not just Yuko, but anyone who believes in the value of speaking truth to power, diversity in the media, and promoting social justice. Also, thank you to those who spoke out during the Bellevue College Board of Directors on Wednesday. 

I want to make sure to keep you updated on our next steps. We have formally asked The Board of Trustees, the Foundation Board and management, and KBCS management to come together to find a way to renew Yuko's contract. We will continue to to request updates from the decision makers in this process and bring you any information they share. I also want you to know, I have sent a copy of our petition to the BC Board of Trustees along with the compelling and beautiful comments many of you have shared. 

Again, please do not stop sharing.  We cannot let pressure up now and allow this cause to fade. Thank you.
