People who have had their animal's seized/picked up by the ospca know how difficult it is to acquire the money they are asking to return their animal's. I am asking for a payment plan to be put into place for families who have had to deal with these issue's.This situation is not fair to those of us who do take care of our animal's. This is NOT for people who clearly abuse their animal's. Most people's pets are not just pet's they are family. Payments should be made due to their income. I am also asking that if charge's are to be laid to change it from 6 months to 4 week time frame. If there is true animal abuse these should be known within that time frame. If owner is found not guilty by the courts/ACRB no fee's should be paid by owner to the ospca/humane societies to have their animals returned to the owner's. The animals locked in at the humane societies are under distress, lonely and heart broken, this is one more reason we should be allowed to make payment to get our animals out of those conditions! 

THIS PETITION WILL GO TO EVERY MP & MPP IN ONTARIO 

The 5 freedoms for animals are:

Freedom from hunger and thirst;
Freedom from discomfort;
Freedom from pain, injury or disease;
Freedom to express normal behaviour; and
Freedom from fear and distress.

 OSPCA/Shelters (on an average) does not provide The 5 freedoms to any animal in their care! Animals regularly get sick while their in their care. Please OSPCA/humane societies allow people to make payments to have their furbabies back home where they belong, you are not only hurting the parents but also the children and animals.

THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE TRUE ANIMAL ABUSER'S! True animal abusers should be jailed for their crimes!
