Amend Ontario's move over law to include ERU (EMERGENCY RESPONSE UNIT)

Ontario's current "move over law" includes Police, Fire, Ambulance, and Tow Trucks. But does not include ERU (Emergency Response Unit). Which are contracted by MTO to respond to all emergency calls and incidents on Ontario highways. More often than not, we are the First Responders, it is our responsibility to divert traffic from an accident with the use of our vehicles which are only allowed yellow flashing lights as well as blinking white and red lights making it unrecognizable as an emergency vehicle.

We would like to petition the Ontario government to include ERU in the Move Over Law as well as recognize this as an emergency service and mandate that red or red and white flashing lights be used in such a way that the vehicle is recognized as an emergency vehicle, which may also include the use of a short blast siren.
