The horrible war unfolding before our eyes in Ukraine has a name and a face: it is Putin's war. This war has no justification, it is the result of the decision of one man: Vladimir Putin. It was launched with the support of Vladimir Putin's friends, officials of his regime, his accomplices and senior leaders of his army. This war is being waged against the will of the Russian and Ukrainian populations.

This war must not go unpunished. We call on you today to sign this petition for a judicial investigation into the crimes under international law committed by Vladimir Putin and those responsible for his regime.

We demand a judicial investigation into the crimes under international law committed by Vladimir Putin and the leaders of his regime, his accomplices in Russia, the generals of his army, and his financial supporters.

Also, an investigation must be carried out into the benefits expected by all those, abroad and in particular on the territory of the EU, who have publicly supported the crimes of the regime of Vladimir Putin and his accomplices.

The crimes of Putin and his regime must not go unpunished!
