Pamela Moses (resides in Memphis, Tennessee) went through the proper channels in her state, starting with her probation officer to clarify her ability to vote and received a certificate that she was eligible and proceeded to her local election county representative in which both local government office green light her efforts to register to vote. The day after she completed the process, she received a letter that she was ineligible and was later arrested, convicted, and sentenced for 6 years in prison. I am stressing the President Joe Biden and his US Attorney General to investigate this case before she is sent to prison. This is blatant injustice and proof of different preferences for some. The are others who have intentional committed voter’s fraud and have received probation or short time spent in jail. 

The illusion of democracy is a fast track of demolition. Each time we Unite as citizens of the “United States,” against injustice and forge for equality and justice for all of our citizens. We need the US Attorney General Garland to look into this case as it has federal implications of violation.
