The Legislative-Executive Development Advisory Council (LEDAC) will take up the National Integrated Cancer Control Act today in Malacanang Palace. As one community fighting cancer, let us all pause at 4:30 PM and offer a prayer so that LEDAC will declare the bill a priority legislation. We need the National Integrated Cancer Control Act to happen NOW to give every Filipino cancer patient and his or her family a fighting chance!
