Kairoi Residential is a landlord buying multiple properties, and mistreating and extorting money from tenants, during a lease, and even after they move out.  And worse, tacking on illegal fees to make it impossible to pay.  They trap tenants into leases and then continue to overcharge for utilities and then if a tenant fights the charges, they tack on $139 late fee or more.  They falsely present "luxury" property, but it's ridden with trash on the ground, and many other issues, and I got sick from black mold, nearly died, and they then tried all means to evict me, while I was all paid up in rent, and bedridden.

My apartment became inhabitable black mold that grew on the walls from a leak in the kitchen sink.  I became deathly ill, was bedridden, so sick and nearly died.  They unlawfully retaliated by trying to evict me while I owed no rent, and was in a lease.  They bullied me to get out of paying damaged.    

Kaylene Barille, Signature Ridge manager overcharged me and others for utilities, kept going up every month, even though usage did not.  She was overcharging me on a higher rent than everyone and would not let me move into a modernized apartment within the complex that was more than 1,000 a month less for the same space.   They were brutal people to deal with, discriminated against me, for my age and illness.  Tried to kick me while I was down from their negligence. 

I was forced to leave behind 1/3 of my possessions, and drive 1200 miles while ill.   They are lawless and tried to extort more money via a fake bill, this is not legal.  They used the electric company logo, to extort more money after I was already gone.  Kaylene Barille lied about it, and would not erase the bill, and what they do is add late fees to it and then put it on your credit report for extortion efforts using a 3rd party billing system.  When I reported what they were doing they retaliated even more.   They hired Tiffanie Clausewitz from Clausewitz Reyes Law firm and tried to serve me with a TRO (Temporary Restraining order) to try to prevent me from speaking or writing about these crimes.  It was denied.   And they lied about it even being denied.  

They do this to get out of paying people any damages for what they have done to them.  Properties have negligence insurance, and mediations to settle disputes and claims, instead they violate tenants and chase them across the country.   Please help sign this petition and get them to stop abusing tenants, and mistreating them.
