They got what they asked for - a case in TX, watch what they have done

Kairoi Residential took out a 55 Million dollar loan to buy Signature Ridge, San Antonio.  They proceeded to lure tenants in, hold them to leases, and then overcharge them each month, and once they leave, still go after them because they hold on to the security deposit to get the  next address.  They chased me 1200 miles to FL  In FL court, while I fought for my life and safety. They demanded in FL court that the case had to be filed se in TX, not FL.  My counterclaim was accepted by the court.  Case # 2026CI00709 in Bexar Country Court.  Tiffanie Clausewitz is attempting to file Motion to Dismiss, something only possible with a case with no merit.  Sworn testimony in 2 courts affirms by black mold injuries.  They were served a 10 day demand.  Due on September 24, 2026.  Tiffanie tried to force a hearing before that deadline, giving me no notice, while I take care of an autistic child and also work.  Updates will be put up here to aid other victims that need help to close out and settle cases.
