Still Fighting this Horrendous Landlord - Please Sign This Petition to stop them

Inside of the denied TRO that Signature Ridge tried to use to silence me, and it was denied, I have now filed a counterclaim for Deceptive Trade Practices and Implied Warranty of Habitability.  These counterclaims are significant because they do not let them get away with abusing tenants like they are.  They cannot use blackmail, fake TRO's, and try to reverse the facts of an innocent tenant, who nearly died from inhaling black mold and it got into my lungs.  They tried everything, including illegal eviction to literally destroy in, while I was ill.  That case number above is the one in Bexar County Texas Court.  If we don't fight them, they do this to others.  I am still ill and it's been a year now.
