Signature Ridge, Kairoi Owners Are Stealing Packages That Are Meant to Be Returned To Sender

Even when you forward your address with the post office, that does not include packages because the postage might be different in a different zip code.  By Federal law (18 U.S. Code § 1702), intentionally opening, hiding, or keeping mail and packages addressed to someone else is a federal offense. This applies even if the package was delivered directly to their property. [1, 2, 3, 4] is a felony.   And this landlord and their staff have kept multiple packages that I have received.  My account was even used for those fake reviews on Amazon.  Using an old address is even sold to those committing these scams.   See this data on all of the packages they kept.
