Rpgmaker MV: Spriter Support

Rpgmaker MV: Spriter Support

The Issue

Many developers using the Rpgmaker MV engine would love to have access to animations made in Spriter2d in their games, as it would be a step up from most projects made with the engine. This is because it can enable their sprites to have a much higher production value and polish to them as opposed to sprites that use a spritesheet, due to the fact that Spriter2d uses vector based animations, instead to pixel based animations, and has a plethora of other practical uses over pixel based animations: such as having animations with a large amount of frames and high resoultions, with minimal lag. (This is the main reason I want support for Spriter in Rpgmaker, as exporting large animations with many frames to spritesheets and trying to use them in-game produces immense amounts of lag, going so far as to crash the game itself if multiple are used.)

Sadly however this cannot be done as Spriter2d supports mostly all game engines except for Rpgmaker MV. Originally Spriter2d support was planned for Rpgmaker MV but was eventually dropped. Rpgmaker MV also currently supports no vector based animation software all, not just Spriter. I find that Spriter is the option that most developers will have access to because of it's low price and overall practicality, so I believe that it is the best option for vector animation support.
