As restauranteurs, hoteliers, chefs, bartenders, managers, servers and patrons, we call upon the Federal and Provincial government to immediately create and implement a comprehensive bailout plan (or financial assistance) to help independent restaurants during this crisis. 

At the moment, the hospitality industry is the largest segment of the economy directly affected by provincial measures to stop the spread of COVID-19 by stopping all normal hospitality operations. Without help, Ontario’s and Canada’s hospitality workers will endure irreparable financial damage and unemployment.
