Bandit a sweet loving American Bulldog will not get to celebrate her 7th Birthday on April 13th 2016 due to to the fact she was viciously killed by three large dogs who are allegedly Mastiff mixes.  Bandit was a happy girl until these three dogs moved into her home and viciously killed her while the owner of the three dogs and the owner of Bandit just stood there while Bandit fought for her life.  The Windsor Essex Humane Society worked very hard to save the dog however her heart could not handle the stress and she died as a result from Cardiac Arrest.    The children who were living in the home have been removed and put in their father and stepmother's' care. Allegations: All three dogs were Pit Bulls and owner lied that they were living on the premises. Children who were living in the home were told to lie to the Children's Aids Society. Owner of the dogs who attacked Bandit was able to get a vet to state dogs are not pit bulls without a real dna test. What witnesses saw: Three dogs attacking Bandit and owners not trying to help stop the fight. A witness who saw the attack called the police in fear for Bandit and others safety. What is the petition about?  We want a by law to pass where emergency court warrants can allow officers to search the home if safety is in danger. We want charges laid against Samantha Cannon and Dion Shaw for the following: Allowing dogs to fight intentionally Neglect of safety Illegally owning three pit bulls without registration Lieing to police, city officials and children's aid society Causing intentional suffering resulting in the animal's death SPEAK UP Stop Animal Abuse is working with family member Shelly Cannon to bring justice for sweet Bandit who died with strangers trying to save her when her own owner did nothing to try and stop the vicious attack that led to Bandits death.  Four dogs are now dead as a result and anyone who is teaching their dog to fight is doing no different then if they have killed their dog becuse this will be the result!
