Effective January 27, 2017, the International Holocust Rememberance Day, the US enacted President Donald Trump's executive order banning travel from selected Muslim countries.  It has been confirmed this ban includes travellers with dual citizenships.

That means that Canadians with dual citizenship from Iran, Iraq, Sudan, Somalia, Syria, Yemen or Libya are prohibited from entering or transiting the United States for at least 90 days. 

This is disgusting and needs a strong response from the Canadian Government.  

I challenge the Canadian Government to stand up for Canadians, be on the right side of history, and recall its ambassador to the US for the period of the travel ban (90 days).
