On Dec 9th at approx. 9:00pm with less than 3 hrs 'left in Paul Jame's life' the Toronto Police found Paul and took him to Toronto's Centre for Addiction & Mental Health (CAMH). Professionals at CAMH planned to keep Paul for 72 hrs to assess his mental health. Finding Paul healthy, rational and articulate the Professionals at CAMH determined that Paul was not mentally ill or suicidal and released him 54 hours earlier than planned.

In yet another breathtaking act of immorality. The perpetrators of injustice demonstrated they would be willing to let a three time Canadian soccer Hall of Fame inductee DIE. As the previous 12.01am December 10 deadline passed, whereby Paul "was going to DIE", the Right Honorable Justin Trudeau whose mother suffered from Depression and wife Sophie from a mental eating disorder, Bob Rae, the Liberal Party of Canada, the Conservative Party of Canada, York University, The Toronto Star, CBC, the National Post, Canada Soccer and others did nothing to reconcile the matter of such extreme abuse, spanning a decade.

The ruthless and stigmatized Canadian Establishment of Power & Wealth can no longer scapegoat Paul James' mental health. Paul wants to live as a normal Canadian citizen. For the greater good of all Canadian's Paul James has commenced his 10th Hunger Strike to protest discrimination, and promote the human rights of all that suffer from mental health issues. Paul will agree to stop the Hunger Strike when Canadian Parliament acknowledges the egregious procedural error made by the Supreme Court of Canada and order the Paul James vs York University case go back to the Supreme Court for a single Justice to review immediately.
