On November 15, 2021, Andrew Williams was shot in his home by Robert Frazier. He was unarmed, and in the presence of his two young sons. Robert Frazier was taken into custody at the scene and charged with murder, but is currently free on a million dollar bond after spending only four days in jail.

Frazier was called to Andrew’s home by the mother of Andrew’s children, Jessica Trevino. We believe she should be investigated and charged as she may knows key information and her actions influenced the chain of events that evening.

The main goal of this petition is to get Robert Frazier off of the streets. Myself, my children, and my son’s children are not safe with my son’s murderer walking free. We have several requests to ensure our safety and that justice is served for Andrew. First, we request that he is either placed back in custody or on house arrest until the trial ends, as he has shown to have financial resources available and may flee to avoid prosecution. We also request that he be ineligible for visitation just as my son is unable to be with his family. Our family would also like to pursue the death penalty because my son was murdered in cold blood.

In addition we request that a protective restraining order be put in place against Frazier for Jdyn Reshaun Williams, and Kenneth David Williams. He should not be allowed to be around these children as he murdered their father while they were present. Andrew’s daughter, Kenleigh, should also be included in the restraining order as she has been endangered as well.

Please help us get Robert Frazier and Jessica prosecuted for this crime against my son Andrew Reshaun Williams. Let’s get him off the streets. #JUSTICEFORPOOH
