I’m making this petition because I have been battling with the legal system since August of 2025 to get justice for my daughter who at the time was only 3 years old when she disclosed that she was sexually assaulted. Hazel has had to undergo a forensic CAC interview which she also disclosed WHO and WHAT happened to her. Hazel had too meet with a social worker and a detective where she also told them WHO and WHAT happened to her. However, the legal system has failed her. I have tried to file an epo on the predator who hurt my daughter, but that also was dropped after my son going in chambers with the judge and telling the judge MULTIPLE times just how scared of his dad he was. The detective on my daughter’s case goes MONTHS without making any contact with me or giving me any update on her case, after telling me he would resubmit to the grand jury. I’m asking you all to please sign the petition to help me make a change & fight for justice for my daughter. Nathan Lee Jarvis belongs behind bars and the system is allowing him to remain free and walk comfortably around our city. Allowing him to go to schools with his girlfriend for her children’s school activities and drop off/ pick up.
