We are getting more and more signatures every day. Kerry sends his love and respect to everyone who has signed. We believe DA Pamela Price once she looks over his case will agree that he was Wrongfully Convicted. DA Price is facing a recall from Election Deniers in Alameda County. Where were they when black men like my Kerry Senior were being Wrongfully Convicted? The DA who oversaw Kerry Seniors wrongful conviction Colleen McMahon is one of the ones who was ousted by DA Price. This is about Kerry Baxter Senior but there are others who were also Wrongfully Convicted or given disparate sentences under Nancy O'Malley! She was the previous DA and is now under investigation because of illegal actions she took to win previous elections. I share this to state that this needs to stop and by this I mean the scapegoating of black and brown people for the benefit of racists! The more signatures we get the more fuel we will have to present to DA Price on Kerry Baxter Seniors behalf.

I Attached a copy of an email received from Kerry seniors Co-Defendant who states that the Police told him to lie or they would charge HIM with murder. Instead he received Blanket Immunity to lie and get Kerry Senior Convicted. (See attached Photo)
