Your signatures are appreciated! I spoke to Kerry Senior and he thanks everyone for their support. We will continue circulating the Petition and requesting signatures. This is a campaign that began the day in 2003 when Kerry Senior was sentenced to 66 years to life for a crime he did not commit. We want the conviction overturned because there is a family out there who believes that their loved one was killed by Kerry. The evidence showing that the victim was not as the DA and Police contended, killed by a ricocheting bullet was withheld! All of the evidence of his innocence was withheld by the DA Police and Court in an Alameda County Courthouse in Oakland California. Wrongful Convictions is another part of gentrifications and are blasted all over the media and in Newspapers. It gives the community a false sense of confidence in a system that has never given African Americans justice. 

This is not only about Kerry Baxter Senior it is about Justice. That family whose loved one was killed deserves to know who the actual killer was. The paid informant who lied for Oakland Police should not have been allowed to return to the streets and commit crimes with impunity. We want Justice and we want it now!
