Greetings,

Finally, we have got the much awaited Judgement  regarding revival of Spirewoods project of A N Buildwell. Through his judgement Justice Shri Jayant Nath gave his opinion to convene the meeting of creditors. As per judgement, different meetings will be called for different class of creditors/project. 

Here, I would like to request all the buyers to attend the meeting so that we can move further and costruction of our project can restart.

Needless to say here that all the necessary arrangements will be ensured by Honorable Delhi High Court for fair voting and protecting our right.
