Greetings,

Through my last update, I informed you that the Honorable Delhi High Court has passed an order on 16th Oct, 2018 regarding creditor/project wise meeting. In this matter due to delay in order, an application was submitted for revising the dates of proposed meetings. The Honorable Delhi High Court allowed the application on 14th Nov18 and new dates are given and as per the order, meeting of allottees of Spirewoods project is on 23rd December 2018.

I hope everyone of us will understand our responsibility and will be present there and take positive step towards our dream houses. 

I request Honorable Delhi High Court to take all necessary steps to ensure fair and peaceful voting.
