Till now what we got is wait, wait and only wait. On 18th April Honorable Justice Mr. Jayanth Nath ji reserved his judgement regarding revival scheme filed by ex- promoters of the project. With the opening of DHC after summer break will the doors for revival of project also open? How soon Honorable Justice will give his judgement in favour of buyers? Needless to say here that the condition of structure of building is deteriorating on daily basis. Further delay in justice may cause further damages to the structure.
