Dear Fellow Buyers, In past more than 2 years of our fight for our flats, we have gone through many twist and turns. One such turn has come up in the last hearing on 14th March 2018 when we all were waiting for the scheme approval or order for voting for it's approval ( submitted by ex promoters) after due discussion on money to be deposited by investor and the propounders of the scheme but as per the order of 14th March, it is clear that there is serious issue regarding money deposition. Here my humble request on behalf of all the buyers to Honorable Justice Jayant Nath ji, is to safegaurd the interest of poor buyers by timely deposition of money from scheme propounders as committed in the scheme and approval of scheme as early as possible. In case promoters are not willing to deposit money, some mechanism should be devised, by attaching their personal properties and to appoint some Government agency for supervision of project, so as to kickstart the project Spirewoods.
