Dear all, As per the unofficial updates regarding today's meeting at OL office in Khan market an another unified scheme has been submitted this time by the advocate of fund. The question is when there is already a scheme submitted by the promoters of company is there a need for a new scheme? Yes, there were few shortcomings in the scheme which can be worked on. Filing another scheme will only delay revival and once again we the buyers of unconstructed units will be the ultimate sufferers. We are paying our EMIs, living in rented apparents hoping daily for some news related to revival. We the buyers are only interested in out flats and have no interest in company's shares and ownership. I would again request Honourable Justice Yogesh Khanna and OL Mr. Ojha to direct fund partner and promoters to solve their issues amicably within a fixed timeframe and work on the revival scheme already submitted by promoters. Promoters Mr. Sunil Gandhi and Major Hooda should also be instructed to positively solve the issues and amend the scheme in better interest of buyers. Can we hope something of this sort on 18th during meeting in OL office or during next hearing in DHC on 22nd Sep?
