Dear supporters and fellow buyers, In the matter of A N Buildwell Today(7 Sep) a meeting took place in O L office (Khan Market) as per the direction of honorable Delhi High Court and following are the updates - 1- From Fund side a term sheet + terms and condition were shared to talk in the direction of some composite & common scheme 2-OL suggested to go through the so called term sheet & Marco points and raise suggestions / objections before next date 3-OL office emphasized on common scheme & talked about to if Structure of Board of Directors , Developer and key structure components can be discussed first 4-SWRA lawyer clearly mentioned that unconstructed flat buyers (Residential and Commercial) are the authentic buyers and have say and revival should be considering them at first place 5-Next meeting is called on 18 @ 4:00PM in O L office (Khan Market) 6-SWRA has shared the list of nearly 320 members in OL office as of 7 Sep 2017. Today also in the meeting highlighted the same infront of OL to ensure what we speak it right and no false or flimsy claims Surprisingly no more claim or submission from many other association(s) While SWRA is following the courts instructions, few others are proposing a different path by not including OL. I request all not to get carried away by false proposals. Under the supervision of honourable court and OL hoping for construction to start soon. * Updates needs to be confirm officially
