Dear all, Here are the updates regarding today's (23Aug2017) hearing in the matter of A N Buildwell. 1-SFIO is not primary as what is the core essence of the time is that REVIVAL is paramount. Any such enquiry can only go in parallel. Honourable Justice Yogesh clearly mentioned that kindly give all points. All are learned people and shall understand the requirement as of today What is primary is the revival scheme , investors/home buyers should be given the space or the money & committee to be formed to give all recommendations 2-Investigation into the company affairs can only be taken in next hearing. Appointment of Charted Account can only follow based on that . 3. Ajit Warrior, advocate representing resident association of innocent buyers requested Justice Yogesh to clearly mention in the order to direct OL to Kindly allow to SWRA to participate into the meeting through counsel. 4. Justice Yogesh has directed all parties to meet OL office on 31@4PM via the lawyer/counselor. 5. Further, he mentioned that all parties shall do possible meeting via OL office and give recommendations to all parties. Here I would like to appreciate the approach adopted by Justice Yogesh Khanna to give priority for revival in the best interest of buyers. I am hopeful that the solution is not too far. Now the onus comes to the propounders of the scheme Mr. Sunil Gandhi, Major Hooda, other parties involved and the foremost on OL. I hope the judgement is not far away and will be in favour of innocent buyers and it will reinforce believe of common man in Indian judiciary.
