Greetings all the fellow buyer's Tomorrow again is the hearing in Delhi High Court and we all are hopeful for something positive but a big question is ' will there be something positive actually or it will turn into another waiting period for next hearing?' Buyer's of residential project are hopeful because in the meeting organised by Spirewoods Resident Association on 20th August in Delhi Karnataka Sangha where 110 Residential buyers were present to hear from major Hooda and Mr Sunil Gandhi the promoters of the company and the propounder of the scheme submitted in Delhi High Court. They were accompained by Mr Sameer jasuja CEO of propequity and Mr Viraj. Major Hooda, Mr Gandhi and Mr Sameer briefed buyers regarding the plan. As per them they are bringing very reputed developer to build both Spirewoods project and Spireedge project. As per Mr Sameer Maximum 2 months time period is required to workout for a solution and soon after that maybe within 3 months the work can be started subject to permission from Delhi High Court. Buyers are hopeful for some positive development. Now, we the buyers of the project are expecting to hear something in this regard through court also. Day is not too far but tomorrow itself and the waiting period of around 18 hrs will be too long. I again request Justice Yogesh Khanna to consider the interest of innocent buyer's who have suffered a lot and still suffering without any fault of their own. Hoping for something positive Priti Nath
