ZANU-PF is encouraging people to come forward to EXPOSE the TRUTH about CORRUPTION and bribery! My company NOSHIO MOTORS and BENBAR was Zimbabwe's Number One Manufacturing company until Temba Mliswa illegally seized it claiming that the President "Sanctioned" this illegal seizure in line with "indiginisation". Mliswa stated Saviour Kasukuwere who was the indiginisation Minister at the time authorused this illegal seizure. My Human and property rights were severely violated! SEVEN YEARS I have waited patiently for justice through Compensation from Mliswa. ZANU-PF and the Zimbabwe Government should have protected me as a Foreign investor as I was creating employment in Zimbabwe! I wanted to empower the workers through apprenticeships so the workers could teach their children the skills they knew and leave a legacy for their children's children but Mliswa destroyed this vision. Mliswa bribed magistrates NEVER KATIO and MORGAN NEMADIRE to get "Acquitted" With the help of uncle Didymus Mutasa who was the Presidential affairs Minister at the time and lied to the President. Mutasa Obstructed the course of justice through CORRUPTION, bribery, extortion, forging documents, changing the CR14 and obtaining a new share certificate using a Fake"Banda Trust" without my knowledge or approval. I gave the courts overwhelming evidence to support my case and get a conviction but CORRUPTION won over Democracy. Mliswa is Mafia, Rich, very powerful and politically well connected but NO-ONE is above the law&Untouchable! Mliswa is in breach of the Company's Act, violation of the banking act, criminal defamation, Obstruction of Justice, abuse of office, malicious damage to my property, false police reports, interfering with state witnesses, intimidation, harassment, death threats, looting, coercion, manipulation of the judiciary, theft by conversation, violence, stealing, extortion, forging documents, using the President's name in vain for personal Gain and Greed! I was forced to flee Zimbabwe as Mliswa threatened to Rape my wife kidnap our two boys and KILL me! I illegally lost my entire investment, assets, home and more worth over £1Million. I left behind EVERYTHING! Lathe machines, welding machines, bending machines, cutting equipment, compressors, generators, water tanks, galvanised fuel tanks, grinders, spray equipment, and stock including Oil filters, air filters, fuel pumps, fuel injectors, brake pads, rims, press machines, motor vehicles, motor bikes, computers, furniture, filing cabinets, laptops, and much more. A precident must be made to show the world Zimbabwe is defenitely open for business and serious about fighting Corruption. Johannes Tomanna prematurely closed my case without allowing FOUR other state witnesses to testify? Tomanna abused his position as Attorney General as he was Mliswa's lawyer during the land invasions but also personal friends of Mutasa and Mliswa. This was a racially motivated HATE CRIME due to the fact that I am white and British! I have nothing against the people of Zimbabwe who deserve nothing but the best save for CORRUPT individuals like Temba Mliswa! The African Continent is trying to fight CORRUPTION in general. Zimbabwe can lead the way by EXPOSING MLISWA and his ill gotten wealth. I am appealing to the President, ZANU-PF and the Zimbabwe Government to STOP CORRUPTION starting with Temba Mliswa.
