Your Excellency, President E.D.  Mnangagwa 

Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule to read our plea to you and your Zimbabwe Government. 

"The VOICE of the people is the voice of God"

On behalf of my wife, two boys, myself and the people, I humbly and sincerely appeal to you Mr President, for justice through compensation from Hon T.P. Mliswa.

Hon #Mliswa used Cde R.G. Mugabe's name in vain for personal Gain/Greed to illegally seize my companies' Noshio Motors and Benbar! He claimed Cde Mugabe "Sanctioned" this illegal seizure in line with the "indiginization" law.

Benbar was Zimbabwe's Number One Choice in manufacturing. Noshìo Motors was the leading supplier of motor vehicles, spare parts, service center and accessories to the entire Nation. New potential investors want to believe the same thing will NEVER happen to them Mr President. This is about an investment which I made in good faith, hoping to be protected under the constitution and laws in Zimbabwe.

On 18 December 2009. He wrongfully and illegally seize my companies (Using a fake "Banda Trust" drafted by G.N.MLOTCHWA) "Mafia" style dirty politics and his uncle, Didymus Mutasa, Presidential affairs Minister at the time, ex-CIO Boss and 3rd most powerful man in Zimbabwe! Sekuru #Mutasa made sure his Nephew,(Mliswa) Son (Martin)and others were "Aquitted" through the Attorney General Johannes Tommana.

Mr President, the #SecondRepublic🇿🇼 is "Open for Business" wooing back worldwide FDI, trying  to get back into the #Commonwealth, re-engage with the international community, through #ConstructiveDialogue 

I am appealing to you Mr President, my ONLY "Crime" Foreign Direct Investor working together with the amazing people of Zimbabwe #65Employees 🇿🇼 lost everything due to illegal,unconstitutional against #RuleofLaw seizure, takeover extortion #assets #property #Investments🇿🇼 by #Mliswa 

What Hon Mliswa did was a severe violation of my #HumanRights🇿🇼 and #PropertyRights🇿🇼! #Threatened to rape my Belgian🇧🇪wife, kidnap my two🇪🇺 sons&KILL me, forcing me to flee the country losing my entire #investments.

I humbly ask you to summonds Florence Ziyambe, Chris Mutangadura, Mr Dube, Mishrod Guvamende, the law Society of🇿🇼,Patrick Chinamasa who was Justice Minister at the time, all of whom I had written to.

Temba Peter #Mliswa was Provincial Chairman of Mashonaland West in the ruling Zanu-PF party at the time he illegally seized my companies.

I hope and pray by bringing this to your attention my family and I, as well as #TEMBASVICTIMS can get closure and receive justice through compensation from Hon T.P Mliswa.
