President Robert recently condemned the looting of $15 Billion!! It all started on the 18 December 2009 when Temba Mliswa illegally seized my company and threatened to Rape my wife kidnap our boys&KILL me. My "Crime" creating employment in Zimbabwe. I was forced to flee the country due to death threats on my life for Exposing the TRUTH. Mliswa is rich Mafia very powerful and politically well connected but NO ONE is above the law&Untouchable or are they?? Mliswa is in breach of the Company's Act, violation of the banking act, criminal defamation, Obstruction of Justice, abuse of office, malicious damage to my property, false police reports, defamed me, interfering with state witnesses, intimidation, harassment; death threats looting coercion manipulation of the judiciary theft by conversation violence stealing extortion forging documents changing the CR14 and obtaining a new share certificate using a Fake"Banda Trust ". For SEVEN YEARS I have humbly asked the President for him to take ACTION against Temba Mliswa. I left behind EVERYTHING Lathe machines, welding machines, bending machines, cutting equipment, compressors, generators, water tanks, galvanised fuel tanks, 16 vehicle hoists, wheel alignment machines, special tools and equipment, press machines, gas cylinders, motor vehicles, motor bikes, computers, furniture, filing cabinets, grinders, spray equipment and stock including Oil filters, air filters, fuel pumps and injectors, brake pads, rims and much more. Mliswa claims the President " Sanctioned this illegal seizure in line with indiginisation" but he lied under oath and to the President. Mr President I respect the people of Zimbabwe whom I had a great working relationship with until Mliswa illegally STOLE my company. I humbly ask for justice through Compensation from Temba Mliswa. Didymus Mutasa Obstructed the course of justice and lied to you Mr President. He was very instrumental in making sure that his Nephew, Son and others were " acquitted " through corruption, bribery, extortion, forging documents, and calling in political favours from Johannes Tomanna ( who was Mliswa's lawyer in 2000) All I am sincerely asking for is Compensation for the investment of £1Million I made in good faith within the laws of Zimbabwe. This investment was illegally stolen from me by Temba Mliswa. What Mliswa did was illegal, immoral, unconstitutional, unethical, criminal and against my Human rights. A precident must be made to show the world Zimbabwe is defenitely open for business and NO-ONE is above the law&Untouchable. I hope and pray this NEVER happens again to any investor.
