I have one share certificate and the ONLY other shareholder that I recognise is Hammarskjold Banda who still has to pay for his shares. I used my personal property and finances to start Noshio Motors and BENBAR. Hammarskjold Banda was CONVICTED of making a false police report against me! This begs the question WHAT was Mliswa doing at my company on 18 December 2009? HOW was Mliswa "Aquitted"? Mliswa hired bouncers to prevent me from coming to my own company and "fired" me! WHY? Mliswa illegally opened a premier bank account without my knowledge or approval as a Shareholder. HOW? The bank must explain! Auditors uncovered the TRUTH about how Hammarskjold Banda who was the Managing Director and public officer and his wife Brendaly Banda who was the Administration and Human resources manager were embezzling funds from my company! Mliswa was called in to protect them from being held accountable for their ACTIONS and DECISIONS! Mliswa used his political connections and influence to "Get rid of the WHITE MAN". A lady from the DEEDS office was going to testify and prove that Mliswa forged documents but Mliswa couldn't allow the TRUTH to come out which is why his lawyer applied for discharge. Mliswa's lawyer Charles Chinyama was arrested for Obstruction of Justice, abuse of office, crminal defamation, Corruption and bribery! The public prosecutor T.G.NYASHA was arrested for Obstruction of Justice, abuse of office, colluding with the witnesses and prematurely closing the state's case. T.G.NYASHA was going to testify that Mliswa had bribed him to prematurely close the states case without allowing FOUR other state witnesses to testify. Unfortunately T.G.NYASHA mysteriously "Died" 48 Hours after his release from police cells? Mliswa played the system and used uncle Didymus Mutasa who was the Presidential affairs Minister at the time to call in political favours! Didymus Mutasa Obstructed the course of justice and lied to the President. Mutasa was instrumental in making sure that his Nephew, Son and others were "Acquitted" through corruption, bribery, extortion, forging documents and changing the CR14 illegally. They were NEVER going to get caught as Mutasa was the 3rd most powerful man in the country behind President Mugabe and the Vice President. Mutasa must tell the TRUTH. Mliswa must tell the TRUTH.
