I must warn you, this is particularly disheartening and frightening… 
As we have tirelessly fought for accountability, they have ignored each and every plea.

A reported asked Laura Kelly today “in deciding whether abuse or neglect may have been involved, is DCFS leading that investigation? Do you believe that’s a conflict of interest when it come to deciding that factor” 

Laura then says: “I don’t. I don’t think so. You know, this is the way it’s always been done. You know if after the investigation is done, it appears there’s a problem we will look into that and recommend changes” 
DCF says they made correct responses, may change policies after Zoey Felix case
