If the driver was not at fault why would the police deem there was no need for a fatal accident inquiry? When there's a death such as this and nobody is at fault there generally follows a fta.  And as such, I fully believe this has been a case where someone who should be held accountable, has not been, due to connections in the police force. 

As I mentioned in previous updates... this is one of two cases in our town. ¹the other victims were an elderly couple mowed down by the relative of police officers for police scotland. He went on holiday later that day, the couple both died and he faced no consequences. 

This should not be allowed to continue. It's time that we, as a society, come together to prevent this from happening to anyone else's family. 

As far as our legal system is concerned a young man lost his life while crossing the Road in the correct place but it would seem his life was worth nothing to them. It was worth everything to his family. Who still, have had no justice, no compensatory help, nothing. 

Please. Help us get justice for the loss of a young father and partner.
