William was a young father and partner, a young man on his way to visit his aunt. He never arrived.

There is a young mother and child out there missing a family member while his killer takes holidays with his family and posts about it on Facebook. Please help us to get justice for Williams family.  

He used a pedestrian crossing in the appropriate manner, somewhere we all teach our kids to cross a road at! Somewhere we all assume is a safe place to cross the road. 

Unfortunately for William, a driver failed to stop for William and he was rushed to hospital as a result. Where sadly, William passed away, but not without leaving behind him tragedy as well as hope. 

William became an organ doner and saved the lives of 7 other people and yet, his life has been wiped out without the police so much as batting an eyelid. There is now a daughter growing up without her father and nobody has been held accountable. A fiance, left without her partner, and a life that could have been, thay will now, never be. Because of one persons careless driving. 

William was killed as a result of the actions or inactions of this driver.

It is believed by myself and others that this person may be a relative of the police and has therefore faced no prosecution. A main witness just happened to be an off duty police officer. 

I therefore ask that everyone who would like to see justice done for this young man through a public enquiry into the handling of this case by police scotland. A fatal accident inquiry has also never been held, which I find strange as this was because the police deemed the report was complete not inquiry was needed, according to the FAI team for East Scotland.

Prevent this from happening again. This is 1 of 2 cases in Glenrothes, Fife, Scotland whereby people have been killed (elderly couple were killed by another driver) who also has never faced any charges due to having family who are officers for police scotland.
