Justice for Wendy Drews: End State-Sanctioned Harm and Restore Family Protections

Justice for Wendy Drews: End State-Sanctioned Harm and Restore Family Protections
The Issue
My name is Wendy Drews. I am a mother, survivor, and human rights advocate. I have endured prolonged and targeted harm under state systems that were meant to protect my family — not destroy my life.
Since 2022, I’ve faced severe medical mistreatment, retaliatory surveillance, and legal obstruction. After raising concerns and pursuing justice, I was falsely labeled by law enforcement as a “serious 113 — a danger to myself and others” despite having no criminal charges or arrests and being a Domestic Violence Survivor. I was denied legal aid and institutional support at every level. My son was forcibly removed and forced into FosterCare and then placed into the custody of an abusive parent. I was left homeless before, isolated, and blacklisted — not because I was unstable, but because I exposed the truth. Now under ACP NYS address confidential program for protection.
This ordeal lasted 634 days, and the trauma is ongoing. May 10, 2025, my x-rays were taken but the radiology reports were deliberately withheld. My medical records were altered again, and my physical injuries ignored — part of a pattern of coercion and silencing that began after I sent a letter to the former police chief on March 21, 2022, signed a legal retainer on June 1, 2022, and requested to renew an order of protection against Gregory A. Weiss (DOB 7/13/1965), which was sealed evidence I couldn’t use it in court. Nurse Patrica Underwood gave false diagnoses after duplicate school CPS cases were closed, made the third false reports to CPS, and the DA dropped my human rights complaint against Greg Weiss as he was a stakeholder.
Because I dared to expose divorce fraud, healthcare fraud, and systemic child welfare abuse, I became a target. I filed formal complaints with the DOJ, HHS, DRNY, and federal courts — but I was shut out, ignored, and mischaracterized by the very authorities meant to protect civil liberties.
This is not just my story. It is a broader crisis of violence against women, retaliation against whistleblowers, and the trafficking of truth-telling parents into legal and medical exile. The first words the caseworker said to me is we are the OTDA
What I’m Asking:
A full federal investigation into the coordinated medical harm, civil rights violations, and legal retaliation I’ve endured
Accountability for the illegal removal of my child and the misuse of psychiatric labels
National human rights protections for women, mothers, and survivors targeted by state systems
I contacted every state and federal agency I could including the New York State Troopers — from local offices to national oversight bodies — and pleaded for help in person, by phone, and in writing. Despite my persistence, no one intervened to stop the ongoing harm.
Please sign and share this petition if you believe no mother should lose her child, health, or freedom for standing up for justice.
I am calling on Pam Bondi, U.S. Attorney General, to investigate the civil rights violations and coordinated harm that I and my children endured under state and medical systems.
“Previous petitions to Senator Schumer and Senator Gillibrand (sent thank you for contacting me) were ignored, despite federal jurisdiction and clear evidence of civil rights abuse. This new submission renews the demand for oversight.”
“This petition is also directed to federal officials including Secretary Xavier Becerra and OCR Director Anthony Archeval whose offices oversee civil rights in healthcare and patient safety.”
"All identifying details included are either part of official legal filings, sealed court matters I was party to, or named as part of ongoing human rights reports and federal complaints submitted by me as a victim and survivor. This petition is intended to raise awareness, not to harass or defame, and is protected under whistleblower and First Amendment laws."
