Hi all, I wanted to let you know that we now have 628 signatures on this petition. Thank you so much for your support. Due to our petition and everyone’s involvement the state has recognized that our signatures, our voices and complaints is what pushed the state into filing charges against these two. As most know, Silas McCay was found guilty and has appealed to a higher court. We are all aware Miss Mills would be alive if it had not been for Silas & Hunter creating the liability of self defense on that fateful night, stand with me in expressing how both Silas, Hunter, and any others should be held accountable for the tragic ending of this young woman’s life. Without the need for self defense, her life would not have been stripped. Jefferson County had incorrectly charged Tyler Whitehead and failed to charge the aggressor's responsible under Alabamas Liability Statute for murder - that is reflected here in the original petition. Sign, leave a comment, place the burden where it should fall by using your god given 1st amendment right.
