It is with a heavy heart that we share the story of a beloved veteran, best friend, uncle, son, and selfless helper to Indianas community and to his country ,  who lost his life to an avoidable tragedy….

 He was one of three pedestrians struck by a drunk driver in Indianapolis while shielding his two friends and it ended up costing his own life .. This senseless act caused by Salvador Banales resulted in Brandon suffering horrific brain damage. The response from our state's judicial system was not just disappointing but DISGUSTINGLY inadequate - charging the perpetrator merely for leaving the scene of an accident ?! Which is unacceptable on many levels. This is murder… 

the court system released Salvador back to his home in Texas to be with his family etc until June ,and  he won’t show up for his court date in Indiana come time … and it’s disgusting to know that someone killed another human and drove off without even stopping , then LIED to cops and reported his car had been side swiped and was seconds from boarding his plane to Texas the same night until police arrested him and now he’s out on bond and back with his family while Brandon doesn’t get to come home to his …. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE AND SIGN THIS PETITION SO IT CAN BE BROUGHT TO HIS COURT TRIAL AND RE CHARGED FOR MURDER BY MOTOR VEHICLE
