We are blown away by your support for, and donations to, our Crowdjustice fundraiser - we are now able to mount a fresh legal challenge to save Whitewebbs Park
Thanks to you, the trees near the Whitewebbs Oak, this deer's home, and the habitat of so many other species, are all closer to being saved.
£20,000 is the minimum we need to proceed. Now we are striving to reach the stretch target of £30,000 to cover our full legal costs.

We have already sent a letter announcing our intentions to oppose the development that will destroy many more trees in the home of the Whitewebbs Oak. Enfield Council has responded to say that they refute our case. We therefore expect to urgently issue the grounds to the court at the beginning of September. Subsequently, we hope the court will grant us permission to proceed with the case, and we will continue to a full hearing.
We are working extremely hard in the background with our expert legal team. We will keep you all informed as we progress with the case, but do join our channels below to be part of our community!
