Stop Unfair Treatment of People by CARDS Recycling

   We, the undersigned, are concerned citizens who have been impacted by the unfair treatment of people by CARDS Recycling. As residents of Southwest Missouri, Northwest Arkansas, Southeast Kansas and Oklahoma, we have witnessed firsthand the negative effects of CARDS Recycling's practices on our communities.

    CARDS Recycling has been failing to pick up trash for weeks and even months, charging exorbitant fees, refusing to end services, lying to their customers on all levels, they have staffed unfriendly customer service agents and are refusing to answer or return calls regarding termination of services and still charging customers who have not had their trash picked up for extended periods of time. They take money and do not provide service where service is due. They have bought out smaller trash companies and received all of our information (including but not limited to our debit and credit card numbers) and without our knowledge. This has impacted our people - everything from increased waste, financial burden, environmental harm, community trust issues within our county and state and extreme frustration.

    We call on CARDS Recycling to greatly improve service quality, reduce fees, provide refunds, cooperate in cancellations and to do their job to ensure fair and equitable treatment of all customers. Additionally, we urge local government officials and consumer protection agencies to investigate these practices and take necessary action to protect residents.

    By signing this petition, we stand together to demand accountability from CARDS Recycling and advocate for the rights of all people affected by their actions. Together, we can make a difference and bring about positive change in our community.
