"Justice for Sugali Preethi" 

we undersigned the # Justice For Sugali Preethi whose suspicious death on  AUG 19 ,2017 at  Cattamanchi Ramalinga Reddy Highschool hostel on the outskirts of Kurnool city, AP ,INDIA.

A Handicapped Mother, Sugali parvathi started her fight # Justice for Sugali Preethi since 2017 , claims her daughter's body   wore wounds on her legs and hands, her uterus was filled with semen. serology reports found 6 different DNA samples. she claims her daughter was sexually assaulted and murdered and later hanged her to fan to project it as suicide.

we wouldnt be here if it weren't for a mother's bravery in all odds in demanding a strict new investigation by appointing EX-IPS officer JD LAkshminarayana as chairmen of the committee.

She didnt left any stone unturned , her disability doesnt stopped her fight for justice.

it was the fight against those, whose intent was to derail the case, who ignored the stack of evidence by not collecting anything before hurrying the dead body to Kurnool GGH mastuary without any proceedings. The committee report on 23 sep 2017 showing there are huge discreprencies in the case and the death was suspicious.

We .Signing the petetion to demand the strict enquiry in the case with NEW comittee to be  headed by EX CBI JD LAKSHMINARAYANA  as Chairman.We appealing to the State and central Government to adhere to the demands of the Mother Sugali Parvathi in the proceedings by considering her suggestion of appointing EX-IPS officer JD LAKSHMINARAYANA as chairperson of the committee .

Do the Right thing lets sign the petetion and get the culprit get caught, who ever involved in saving accused are to be punished.

With her, we appeal to AP govt and to the Mininstry of Woman and Child department, to involve EX-IPS OFFICER JD LAKSHMINARAYANA as chairperson for the new comittee and also request for speedy justice for Sugali Preethi Bhai.
