Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu more popularly known as Sidhu Moose Wala, On the evening of 29th May 2022, in Jawaharke village of Mansa district, was brutally attacked and murdered by unknown assailants in his black SUV (Mahindra Thar).

The singer was shot at least 30 times from an automatic assault rifle while he was driving his SUV. He was brought dead upon arriving at Civil Hospital in Mansa.

Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu hailed from the village of Moosa in Mansa district of Panjab, India. He was immensely talented singer/songwriter and a true gem of an artist and is often considered the greatest of all time in Punjabi music scene.

And it's not only about Sidhu, it's about all of our Punjab's youth, it was final blow in opening the eyes of our people that if the person of that stature can be easily killed than nobody is safe today.

So, I appeal that we will not sit quite until people that are responsible are punished and not only punished it should be made example out of them that no one can even think about killing somebody in cold blood, Je ajj asi chup reh gaye punjabiyo.. te kise maa da dhee putt surakshit nahi Punjab vich !! We should act.. We are youth of Punjab, We have THE POWER!
