Greetings my dear brothers and sisters in humanity.

 

The situation in the Middle East is getting worse by the day as you may have noticed.  At its heart, a colonial project known as Zionism that does everything it can, AND IS BEING ALLOWED TO by our governments, to make life as miserable as possible for native Palestinians OF ALL FAITH for more than 75 years. 

Ethnic cleansing, forced displacement, destruction of cultural properties, desecration of holy sites, denying fundamental rights like equal access to clean water, humiliation, threats of all kinds, mass detentions of minors without trial or access to a lawyer, rape, random house searches to terrorize its occupants, torture, deliberately targeting civilians with heavy sniper rifles as well as armed units or airstrikes, settler violence and cold-blooded murders are just a few examples that we can mention to describe the life of Palestinians under occupation for a very long time in the west bank and Gaza. These are not mere allegations, as there is a plethora of video evidence, AS WELL AS TESTIMONIES FROM ISRAELI SOLDIERS THEMSELVES, to prove this.

As horrible as it was, it is undeniable that the situation is now far worse which can only be described as GENOCIDE or a second nakba, as some pro-war Israeli demonstrators joyfully promised.

So far (and this is only a fraction of Israel’s wrongdoings) :

-  More Palestinian civilians were killed in a month than the Ukraine war in almost two years. Let me remind you that Russia got sanctioned, banned from the SWIFT system and president Putin is considered a war criminal while Israel gets UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT

-  More journalists have been killed than in the Ukraine war

-  More UN staff members have been killed than ANY conflict in recent times

- Israel tried to starve and dehydrate 2 MILLION Palestinians at the start of the conflict

- Extreme violence by heavily armed settlers has reached an all-time high, killing scores of Palestinians in just a few weeks including farmers on their land cultivating olives

- Israel allegedly used controversial  weapons in illegal ways like white phosphorus

- OPENLY CALLING for  GENOCIDE, permanent displacement of the people of Gaza, asking to completely flatten Gaza and repopulate them with settlers as well as complete dehumanization of Palestinians by Israeli officials, most notably Itamar Ben Gvir

- Deliberate targeting of schools, hospitals and vital infrastructure providing electricity and water

- The intentional destruction of homes, routes and other infrastructure in the West Bank with bulldozers as a means of collective punishment

- Fostering and accepting radicalization of its own citizens as well as endorsing hate speech in its most horrible form, including calls to kill Palestinian children and pregnant women

- Refusing to accept independent international investigation teams and committees to investigate the allegations of Israel in Gaza as well as investigating all war crimes committed

 

It is the duty of EVERY SINGLE SANE AND SENSIBLE PERSON to do whatever they can to stop what can only be described as state terrorism. It is for this reason that I ask you to sign this petition and share it as much as you can. Our goal is to gather as many signatures as possible before formally sending and presenting it to competent authorities.

Our suggestions of actions that needs to be taken are the following :

1.       CEASEFIRE NOW

2.       The UNCONDITIONAL  AND INTERNATIONAL condemnation of ALL Israel’s crimes since 1948

3.       Forcing Israel to rebuild ALL DAMAGED INFRASTRUCTURE in Gaza and the West Bank at its own expense as well as compensations to all Palestinians who lost family members, limbs or other permanent injuries

4.       A weapon’s embargo on Israel, especially aircraft bombs

5.       Putting ALL ISRAELI DECISION MAKERS ( politicians in charge like B. Netanyahu, Y. Gallant amongst others ) as well as ALL HIGH RANKING OFFICERS in front of a criminal court AS WELL AS THOSE WHO SUPPORTED THIS GENOCIDE WORLDWIDE

6.       An international ban on Israel’s lobbying power and extensive investigations of its abuse of power like silencing dissidents, making people lose their jobs, doxing people, propaganda campaigns, etc.

7.       Economic sanctions on Israel by the international community until ALL ILLEGAL SETTLEMENTS AND MILITARY/POLICE presence has been removed from Gaza, the west bank as well as the Golan Heights

8.       The lifting of the blockade on Gaza, re-opening of  Gaza’s only airport and respecting Palestinian sovereignty and authority within its land, areal and maritime borders

9.       The complete disposal of all illegal weapons of Israel, including their nuclear arsenal as well as sanctions for having them

10.   The UNCONDITIONAL right of return for all Palestinians to their original towns and giving them their houses back

 

Together, we hope to make a difference, however small it is. It’s our last chance for humanity. We have failed them for 75 years, it is time we show them at least some empathy and humanity that is long overdue.

Salutations, mes chers frères et sœurs de l'humanité,

La situation au Moyen-Orient empire de jour en jour, comme vous avez pu le remarquer. À son cœur, un projet colonial connu sous le nom de sionisme fait tout en son pouvoir, ET EST AUTORISÉ PAR NOS GOUVERNEMENTS, pour rendre la vie aussi misérable que possible aux Palestiniens autochtones DE TOUTES CROYANCES depuis plus de 75 ans.

Le nettoyage ethnique, le déplacement forcé, la destruction de biens culturels, la profanation de lieux saints, le déni des droits fondamentaux tels que l'accès égal à l'eau potable, l'humiliation, les menaces de toutes sortes, les détentions massives de mineurs sans jugement ni accès à un avocat, le viol, les perquisitions aléatoires de maisons pour terroriser leurs occupants, la torture, le ciblage délibéré des civils avec des fusils de tireurs d'élite lourds ainsi que des unités armées ou des frappes aériennes, la violence des colons et les meurtres délibérés ne sont que quelques exemples que nous pouvons mentionner pour décrire la vie des Palestiniens sous occupation depuis très longtemps en Cisjordanie et à Gaza. Ce ne sont pas de simples allégations, car il existe une pléthore de preuves vidéo, AINSI QUE DES TÉMOIGNAGES DES SOLDATS ISRAÉLIENS EUX-MÊMES, pour prouver cela.
Aussi horrible que cela ait été, il est indéniable que la situation est désormais bien pire, ce qui ne peut être décrit que comme un GÉNOCIDE ou une deuxième Nakba, comme l'ont promis joyeusement certains manifestants israéliens en faveur de la guerre.

Jusqu'à présent (et ce n'est qu'une fraction des méfaits d'Israël) :

- Plus de civils palestiniens ont été tués en un mois que pendant la guerre en Ukraine en presque deux ans. Permettez-moi de vous rappeler que la Russie a été sanctionnée, interdite du système SWIFT et que le président Poutine est considéré comme un criminel de guerre, tandis qu'Israël bénéficie d'un SOUTIEN INCONDITIONNEL DE L'ONU

- Plus de journalistes ont été tués que pendant la guerre en Ukraine

Nos suggestions d'actions à prendre sont les suivantes :

1. CESSEZ-LE-FEU IMMÉDIATEMENT

2. CONDAMNATION INCONDITIONNELLE ET INTERNATIONALE DE TOUS les crimes d'Israël depuis 1948

3. Obliger Israël à reconstruire TOUTES LES INFRASTRUCTURES ENDOMMAGÉES à Gaza et en Cisjordanie à ses propres frais, ainsi que des indemnisations à tous les Palestiniens ayant perdu des membres de leur famille, des membres ou d'autres blessures permanentes

4. Embargo sur les armes à destination d'Israël, en particulier les bombes aériennes

5. Mettre TOUS LES DÉCIDEURS ISRAÉLIENS (politiciens en charge comme B. Netanyahu, Y. Gallant, entre autres) ainsi que TOUS LES OFFICIERS DE HAUT RANG devant un tribunal pénal, AINSI QUE CEUX QUI ONT SOUTENU CE GÉNOCIDE DANS LE MONDE ENTIER

6. Interdiction internationale du pouvoir de lobbying d'Israël et enquêtes approfondies sur son abus de pouvoir tel que le silence des dissidents, la perte d'emplois, le doxing, les campagnes de propagande, etc.

7. Sanctions économiques contre Israël par la communauté internationale jusqu'à ce que TOUS LES ÉTABLISSEMENTS ILLÉGAUX ET LA PRÉSENCE MILITAIRE/POLICIÈRE aient été retirés de Gaza, de la Cisjordanie ainsi que du plateau du Golan

8. La levée du blocus de Gaza, la réouverture du seul aéroport de Gaza et le respect de la souveraineté et de l'autorité palestiniennes dans ses frontières terrestres, aériennes et maritimes

Saludos mis queridos hermanos y hermanas en humanidad.

Como podrán haber notado la situación en el Medio Oriente empeora día a día como podrán haber notado. En su corazón un proyecto colonial conocido como el sionismo que hace todo lo posible Y SE LE PERMITE por nuestros gobiernos para hacer la vida lo más miserable posible para los palestinos nativos DE TODAS LAS FE, por más de 75 años.

La limpieza étnica, el desplazamiento forzado, la destrucción de propiedades culturales, la profanación de sitios sagrados, la negación de derechos fundamentales como el acceso igualitario al agua limpia, la humillación, las amenazas de todo tipo, las detenciones masivas de menores sin juicio ni acceso a un abogado, la violación, las búsquedas aleatorias en casas para aterrorizar a sus ocupantes, la tortura, el ataque deliberado a civiles con rifles de francotirador pesados así como unidades armadas o ataques aéreos, la violencia de los colonos y asesinatos a sangre fría son solo algunos ejemplos que podemos mencionar para describir la vida de los palestinos bajo ocupación por mucho tiempo en Cisjordania y Gaza. Estas no son meras alegaciones, ya que hay una plétora de pruebas en video ASÍ COMO TESTIMONIOS DE LOS PROPIOS SOLDADOS ISRAELÍES para probar esto.

Es el deber de CADA PERSONA SANA Y SENSATA hacer todo lo que pueda para detener lo que solo puede describirse como terrorismo de estado. 6. Prohibición internacional del poder de lobby de Israel y extensas investigaciones sobre su abuso de poder, como silenciar a disidentes, hacer que la gente pierda sus trabajos, doxing, campañas de propaganda, etc.

7. Sanciones económicas contra Israel por parte de la comunidad internacional hasta que TODOS LOS ASENTAMIENTOS ILEGALES Y LA PRESENCIA MILITAR/POLICIAL se hayan retirado de Gaza, Cisjordania, así como de los Altos del Golán.

8. Levantar el bloqueo sobre Gaza, reabrir el único aeropuerto de Gaza y respetar la soberanía y autoridad palestinas dentro de sus fronteras terrestres, aéreas y marítimas.

9. La eliminación completa de todas las armas ilegales de Israel, incluyendo su arsenal nuclear, así como sanciones por tenerlas.

Kalbinde, hükümetlerimizin İZİN VERDİĞİ bir Siyonizm adı verilen sömürge projesi var; bu proje, TÜM İNANÇLARDAN GELMEK ÜZERE, 75 yıldan fazla bir süredir yerli Filistinliler için hayatı mümkün olduğunca kötü yapmaya çalışıyor.

Bunlar sadece iddialar değil, bunları kanıtlamak için birçok video kanıt ve İSRAİL ASKERLERİNDEN GELEN TANIKLIKLER de bulunmaktadır.

Bu korkunç durumun, şu anda olduğundan çok daha kötü olduğu, sadece bir soykırım olarak tanımlanabilecek veya bazı savaş yanlısı İsrail göstericilerinin sevinçle söz verdikleri gibi ikinci bir nakba olduğu inkar edilemez. Şu ana kadar (ve bu sadece İsrail'in yanlışlıklarının bir kesiti):

- Bir ayda Ukrayna savaşında neredeyse iki yılda öldürülenlerden daha fazla Filistinli sivil öldü. Hatırlatmak isterim ki Rusya yaptırıma uğradı, SWIFT sisteminden men edildi ve Putin savaş suçlusu olarak kabul edilirken, İsrail'e KOŞULSUZ DESTEK veriliyor.

- Ukrayna savaşında öldürülen gazetecilerden daha fazlası öldürüldü.

- Son zamanlardaki herhangi bir çatışmada öldürülen BM personelinden daha fazlası öldürüldü.

- İsrail, çatışmanın başında 2 MİLYON Filistinliyi açlıktan ve susuzluktan ölmeye çalıştı.

- Ağır silahlı yerleşimciler tarafından gerçekleştirilen aşırı şiddet, sadece birkaç haftada birkaç haftada birkaç köylüyü, zeytin yetiştirenleri de dahil olmak üzere, tarihsel olarak en yüksek seviyeye çıktı.

- İddiaya göre İsrail, beyaz fosfor gibi tartışmalı silahları yasa dışı şekillerde kullandı.

- AÇIKÇA SOYKIRIMI, Gazze halkının kalıcı yerinden edilmesini talep etmek, Gazze'yi tamamen düzleştirmeyi ve yerleşimcilerle yeniden nüfuslandırmayı, İsrail yetkilileri tarafından Filistinlilerin tamamen insanlık dışı olarak görülmesini talep etmek, özellikle Itamar Ben Gvir tarafından

- Okulların, hastanelerin ve temel altyapının, elektrik ve su sağlayan tesislerin kasıtlı hedef alınması.

- Batı Şeria'da evlerin, yolların ve diğer altyapının toplu cezalandırma olarak buldozerlerle kasıtlı tahrip edilmesi.

- Kendi vatandaşlarının radikalleşmesine izin verme ve teşvik etme, en kötü şekilde nefret söylemi dahil, Filistinli çocukları ve hamile kadınları öldürmeye yönelik çağrıları da içeren nefret söylemini destekleme.

- Gazze'deki İsrail iddialarının yanı sıra işlenen tüm savaş suçlarını incelemek üzere bağımsız uluslararası soruşturma ekipleri ve komitelerini kabul etmeme.

 

BU DEVLET TERÖRÜ olarak tanımlanabilecek şeyi durdurmak için HER BİR AKIL SAHİBİ VE DUYARLI KİŞİNİN elinden geleni yapması bir görevdir. Bu nedenle size bu dilekçeyi imzalamanız ve mümkün olduğunca paylaşmanız için bu çağrıda bulunuyorum. Hedefimiz, yetkili makamlara resmi olarak göndermeden önce mümkün olan en çok imzayı toplamaktır.

Alınması gereken eylem önerilerimiz şunlardır:

2. 1948'den bu yana İSRAİL'İN TÜM SUÇLARININ KOŞULSUZ VE ULUSLARARASI KINAMASI

3. İsrail'i, kendi maliyetiyle Gazze ve Batı Şeria'daki TÜM HASAR GÖRMÜŞ ALTYAPIYI yeniden inşa etmeye ve ayrıca aile üyelerini, uzuvlarını veya diğer kalıcı yaralanmalarını kaybeden TÜM FİLİSTİNLİLERE tazminat vermeye zorlamak

4. İsrail'e silah ambargosu, özellikle uçak bombaları

5. TÜM İSRAİLİ KARAR ALICILARI (B. Netanyahu, Y. Gallant gibi sorumlu politikacılar ve TÜM YÜKSEK RÜTBEDEKİ SUBAYLARIN suçlu mahkemeye çıkartılması, BU SOYKIRIMI DÜNYA ÇAPINDA DESTEKLEYENLER DAHİL

6. İsrail'in lobi gücüne uluslararası bir yasak ve ayrıca muhalifleri susturma, insanların işlerini kaybetmesine neden olma, doxing yapma, propaganda kampanyaları vb. gibi güç istismarının kapsamlı soruşturmaları

7. Uluslararası toplum tarafından İsrail'e ekonomik yaptırımlar, TÜM YASA DIŞI YERLEŞİM VE ASKERİ/POLİS varlığının Gazze, Batı Şeria ve Golan Tepeleri'nden çıkarılana kadar

8. Gazze üzerindeki ablukanın kaldırılması, Gazze'nin tek havaalanının yeniden açılması ve Filistin egemenliğine saygı gösterilmesi ve toprak, hava ve deniz sınırları içinde Filistinli egemenlik ve otoriteye saygı gösterilmesi

9. İsrail'in tüm yasa dışı silahlarının tamamen imhası, bunları bulundurduğu için yaptırımlar dahil

10. TÜM FİLİSTİNLİLERİN ORİJİNAL KENTLERİNE KOŞULSUZ DÖNÜŞ HAKKI ve evlerine geri verilmesi

Birlikte, ne kadar küçük olursa olsun bir fark yaratmayı umuyoruz. Bu insanlık için son şansımız. 75 yıldır başarısız olduk, en azından onlara uzun süredir gecikmiş bir empati ve insanlık gösterme zamanı.
