On December 29,2023 there was an attempt to kidnap my son at the Walmart in Lehigh Acre,FL. PINTUELES HERNANDEZ, PABLO was caught on camera grabbing  my son by the wrist pulling him away from the shopping cart, and telling him let’s go. Where my son’s sisters stood in shock watching. PINTUELES did have his wife LEYVA with him at that time. My daughter was courageous enough to stop PINTUELES  from kidnapping my son! When she saw PINTUELES grab her brother and walk away she sprung into action and snatched her brother back! I Thank God for her courageous acts!!! This was a very terrifying and emotional experience to go through for my children and I. It could have ended up being worse. 

PINTUELES HERNANDEZ, PABLO was caught and arrested on December 30th. He was  bonded out the very next day with a bond of $100,000 being 10% of that which is $10,000. The state attorneys office called me and told me they’re only charging him with battery and not kidnapping. I’m seeking for support so he won’t get away with just battery charges. I want him to be charged with kidnapping. He was caught on camera committing this crime and still they are telling me that it’s not enough to prosecute him for kidnapping.

I’m fighting for not only my child but also for all children who cannot defend themselves and speak out, like we the parents can! we have to start somewhere. I’m asking you to please sign this petition to help and support this case so that we can seek justice.
