Dear Justice for Murph Supporters,

I know it's been a while since my last update, but I wanted to reach out and share some important news.

This past Sunday, we celebrated Murph at the 2nd annual Tyler Murphy Cornhole Tournament at the Waterside District in Norfolk. It was a great success, raising $7,000 to be split between the winner of the competition and the Navy SEAL Foundation. We are so grateful to the many community sponsors, Murph's amazing friends, and the hundreds of people who showed up. It was a memorable time and another reminder of the incredible legacy Murph left behind.

Although this weekend brought much comfort, it was also a reminder of why we are doing what we are doing. As many of you know, last month, the Commonwealth's office chose not to pursue the misdemeanor charges against Ms. Chapman. Mr. Robinson still faces second-degree murder, felony hit and run, and involuntary manslaughter.

Our goal remains unchanged: to get justice for Murph and make Virginia Beach safer by seeing the state hold those responsible for his callous and calculated murder accountable.

We are counting on your support to help us get there. Please continue to share this petition and Murph's story. He will forever be a hero, and he deserves justice.

Thank you for your steadfast support during this difficult time.

God bless,

The Justice for Murph Team
